Relatively short flight to Central America, Yet great weather 80° plus to take a respite from Wisconsin winter, Friendly English speaking country

Grand Caribe Resort accommodations were awesome, adventure of flying to San Pedro in a small plane, sky views of turquoise waters and countryside were amazing, beautiful sunrises and sunset, golf cart exploration of San Pedro Island.
What was the best day of the trip?
Independent Golf cart drive to Secret Beach and downtown San Pedro Island was a memorable adventure.
What was the best meal you experienced?
Harry’s best meal was beef short ribs with mashed potatoes. My favorite meal was the experience of eating breakfast on the beach. Our second favorite meal was eating barbecue & fresh cooked lobster on the beach.
How did the trip shift your perspective on life, home or the world?
This trip included travel transfer from the mainland airport to the island airport and onto the resort. Comfort and convenience are valuable to the enjoyment of the travel experience. This trip was a warm breath of fresh air and a calming and relaxing experience marveling at the sights and sounds of God’s beautiful creations. Service was excellent!
What challenges did you have during your trip that others can avoid?
Long lines at immigration, It’s best to go to their country website, complete the required travel documentation, and print off the paperwork needed for immigration. Pack lite.
What advice would you give to someone visiting that country for the first time?
Plan to visit San Pedro Island and explore the uniqueness of traveling on an island where the main method of transportation is the golf cart.
