Long before this section of time, before Christ, before even prehistory, there was a time belonging only to first man. And the original man, the black man who would discover all those little secrets inside the black gene, would come to be known a Yaqub.
Yaqub’s history is herein, presented as I recall it, as required learning as a member of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s group. Memories fade and can be replaced by false memories, but not with me. I have retained most of the lessons given to me to memorize.
I was compelled to offer substantial background before presenting the story of Yaqub because where I got it from is important. I have always thought that this concept is included under the framework of first man theory. I have called it first man theory for many years, and yes, the idea can be googled. Human origins, evolution, etc. will show up. But still, I do not see it like I have used it, so I am claiming it as my idea.
The idea of the 30 percent was not a part of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s teachings; at least not like I am presenting it. I believe that every race has its 30 percent, meaning the unbelievers who would challenge science and even God. They believe in the big lie—there are a lot of them—refusing to acknowledge even basic Facts. They cling to an internal compulsion of weakness over strength and dissatisfaction over contentment. If they gather numbers—and there is a lot of them—and band together, there will be conflict. If there is an entity that controls or manages these conflicts, it is outside of the scope of these writings.
FIRST MAN AND THE 30% xvii
Naming this book has truly been a task. I started this book over fifty years ago and thought to name it Your Time Is Up. I presented a timeline that revealed that white rule worldwide was ending. Then a huge amount of information surfaced (or should I say discovered) about our early beginnings. National Geographic published an article in 1988 titled “The Peopling of the Planet,” and since the 1930s, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s group, the Nation of Islam, promulgated a first man theory based on the black man having been the first man with other races coming later.
A part of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad’s theory spoke of 30 percent of this black group being thoroughly dissatisfied with the way they were governed, and the result of said dissatisfaction created the beginning of the other races. That left me with the title of this book being either First Man Theory or The 30%.
