Camille Simone is an independent Wisconsin-based artist that works in a variety of different mediums but most recently has been working on digital painting and colored pencil drawings. Her work is often inspired by human emotion, family, and vibrant colors. Simone often depicts herself and people of color in empowering positions in her work. She uses portraiture as a way to view herself in the most authentic and unfiltered form.
